  1. I can't lie I think we can get something for Armia. He's a middle 6 defense winger who scores 20 goals and great physical game. Maybe 50% Retained and Winnipegs first to Buffalo for Quinn or Necas?

  2. I want to see Slaf get to 20 goals this season, as much as I am happy with what he’s done that would be the icing on the cake for me. I also hope to see Hutson play at least one game but other than that I’m looking forward to the off season

  3. Great stuff as always! Subscribe guys if you haven't done so already! – Slovaci, klikajte na palec hore a odberajte – doporucujem, Josh a Jesse vedia, o com hovoria! And thank you for the interesting "revelation" – what do we think about the other players who haven't learnt how to play with Slaf yet? That might actually be a spot on kind of question, since it really might start beeing seen the other way around .. like you just mentioned. Will definitely read that article above, thanks again.

  4. Armia is figuring it out he has size good hands not fast fast but you can make up a half step just by not getting in the wrong position. He has been Ok all season he has really good bored work ..

  5. It's a trap. He will be invisible for the first 3/4s of next year as well. That's just the type of player he is unfortunately

  6. I see Slaf developing into Swiss Army knife type of player. Not among the very best in one specific aspect of the game but very very good at everything.

  7. He should play 2nd line next line, he would score more the Caufield… Caufield is a disappointment this year. he need 30+

  8. Juraj grew up playing hockey in Europe, but one of his best buds is a Savage Canadian from Hamilton! I'm sure he's warming up to violence and maybe even enjoying it! Our boy Dach looked like he was having fun being physically imposing before he got hurt last year. If 1 Xhekaj can have that kind of an effect on a team, imagine how 2 of them will influence the team in a few years! Those big Habs will be giving the Leagues tough guys nightmares for years!

  9. I've always loved Armia's game. And I'm a sucker for the strong, silent type. But to see him struggle the last couple years was frustrating, to say the least. His recent success is a big reason why I'm still watching yet another season of the rebuild

  10. Terrible year, but you guys have pointed out a few key elements of growth for the team. I don't even watch for wins and losses i just key on a few players and enjoy it.

  11. i’d love to keep Armia, sign him for 3-4 years to help develop our prospects but also play a solid top 9 role as a PK specialist and give us that depth scoring.

  12. I don’t understand Joel Armia, I realize consistency is a tough thing to accomplish but he was basically invisible half the year and then suddenly he’s the player of the year? It just makes zero sense.

  13. Loving how Armia turned it around and playing great hockey. Haha Slafzilla I called him Salfosaurus Rex haha he is also playing big boy hockey and only going to get better

  14. Armia's definitely a keeper, more than the other vet-forwards his age. What stands out is his skill impact inside, between the circles, and his PK work. He's also has a certain dignity and humility, which is good for the kids.
