So frustrating. Lyon is effin AWFUL on long clean look shots. If you keep getting beat six hole and over the shoulder outside the crease your technique is garbage. Red Wings aren't making the playoffs until Yzerman brings in a winning goaltender. What a let down.

One of the legacies of the Crosby era is how often Detroit was there as a foil.
This game was nuts, and Sid was out there playing like he’s trying to make a name for himself in this league. A man possessed.
That was one of the greatest rollercoaster of emotions of a game I've seen in a minute, not to say there hasnt been similar ones..but way to go Pens and fans! Crosby is looking like prime Crosby again and its so satisfying to witness!

Lyon is crap. 1st two goals allowed were so soft. 6 goals on 26 shots when the wings need the points is just awful. Offensively Detroit was cooking and looked to be the better team. Can't make up for lousy goaltending.
