Honestly, probably the best game of the season. Just so fun to watch the clinic the boys put on, and what a win. Wait, sorry, this isn’t r/refs, my bad guys.

Would have been better to lose in regulation, but can’t have everything.
Glad to see Caufield turning it on in terms of scoring in the closing stretch of the season. A hopeful sign for his shoulder becoming more comfortable.

Was not surprised at all when Caufield dropped the puck, saw it coming as soon as he took that extra long & winding entrance. Looked like he didn’t know what he wanted to do

– Just an overall terribly officiated game. The bar is so low but that’s got to be one of the worst I’ve seen this year personally but idk.
– Justin Barron is likely going to go back down when the Hutson show begins? I haven’t caught all the games lately but idk he just seems to always be the same. Not a ton of improvement, maybe that’ll come eventually in the defensive department.
– Sens just play kind of nasty. Was funny the one guy going after Suzuki in the corner and then Suzuki gave him a half ass shove back then got called…
– Thought Savard had a rare off night overall
– The d needs to clear the crease and overall apply way more pressure as all year players have kinda been able to just walk in from the corner and shoot. Tkachuk second goal was way to easy. Similarity, one they tied it up on three guys standing there with nobody tying them up.
– Hindsight as usual in the shootout but poor attempts from hab shooters. Very poor against a not so great keeper. It always looks nice but little to no idea why Ylonen shooting first.
– Division games rough on the Habs.

– Michael Matheson very cool goal. And has 62 points… that’s an insane year for a defensemen. Great year in that department and once again yea he will turn the puck over once and a while but like ok.
– Caufield balling. First excellent patience second just a pure Caufield snipe.
