What the f*** did this guy actually ever do? No plan or system. Just go out there and play. Trying to embarrass your superstar in front of everyone else. Never actually won anything in his life. I feel sorry for whatever team hires him next.

There is holding players accountable and then there is being Gallant what a clown. Explains a lot about the team at the end of last season between GG having no set FO plays (while have 3 centers who can win 50+% FO), constant line changing after 1 scoreless period, and now shit like this (please insert more dipshit Gallant moves I missed). I get they are professionals but no players/team would win in the playoffs like this.

I’m so glad we have Lavi now, he’s a lot more likeable than Gallant and is also obviously a lot more popular with the players. I know that they have said multiple times that they’re glad that he has their back that they have his back in return. That stuff matters.

Airing out a team’s best player in front of the whole team is one of the fastest ways to make an entire team despise you. It’d be one thing if Panarin was being an asshole/skipping meetings etc but just for poor play you don’t need to belittle him in front of a team that knows he’s their best player.
