Jesus so it pays 133M in tax revenue annually but has only made 83M profit total since they’ve come to winnipeg…? or… annual?

Nice work OP. Can you clarify annual numbers and which are since return? For example, I know the downtown investments are since return, but I guess i assume the tax breaks and side revenue numbers are annual, correct?
