  1. Let's call it what it is. There's probably a small but passionate fan base in Arizona. A few thousand probably. Not enough to keep a professional team alive

  2. Where were these jerks when the team needed them; now they fill up the arena when its too little too late. Hypocrites

  3. I think this is just a sign of what's happening in Arizona period. I'm 46 now but when I was a little kid like from birth until about 10 years old I lived in Tempe, Arizona. It was really a beautiful place. I had an older brother that moved back after our family moved to New Jersey. I used to go back every year or two to visit and I could slowly see the entire area turning worse and worse. Areas that used to have clean open streets now have homeless encampments with junkies all over the place. It's been swarmed by illegal immigrants also. You can even go on Google maps if you want and look at the street view and then go back to previous dates and see how the area went from being nice to turning horrible. There's also drugs and street prostitution all over the Phoenix area. It used to be a great place to raise a family but now the major Metro areas of Arizona are turning into hell holes like New York City and Chicago and LA. It's sad to see the Coyotes go but I'll tell you what, Arizona has a lot more problems than losing a hockey team.

  4. Sad ending to a team that should have had a forever home in Phoenix. But they will be welcomed with great support in Salt Lake City

  5. BIG support for the all Yotes fans. I hope the Yotes are back in Arizona one day. This is a very good, and young team and i enjoy to watch their games. This last victory in this season corroborates that. Howl to one more time!!

  6. You guys got screwed. I hope you get a management team that works, a municipality that will give you a home, and a team you can be really proud of.

    From a VGK fan.

  7. Moving to Utah will make zero difference. A poorly run franchise can only exist in a large market. Think of the NY Jets

  8. Fan since 1996 . Never experienced such a cowardly owner like the one who made himself 1 billion richer at the expensive of his team & fans.

  9. Canucks fan here, and I really feel for the Coyotes fans having to lose their team for good. At first I thought they were going to until for at least a few more seasons, until I got this.

What saddens me is that there was a Canucks @ Coyotes game that Iā€™d missed. I wished I could see what Mullet Arena looked like.

Losing your favourite sports team is really painful. Imagine how much heart and soul you put in to your athletes, and now they are leaving.
