Too bad the scheduler put this game at where it was. A waste of a terrific match up and would have been a great tune up for the Oil heading into the first round…but not when it's the 6th game in 9 days. The Avs are playing all their top guys. A potential wipe out?
Mistake to play Skinner mistake to play anybody that matters bring everybody up from the minors that you can. It’s a garbage game why would you demoralize our good players?
Smart, hard decision but just know that the Avs aren't going to bench anyone and this game is absolutely meaningless. I hope that has been communicated to ALL the players especially your goalies.

Never should have played Skinner tonight, he should have played last night. Don’t take this loss to bad Skin, it’s not on you buddy!
Oiler will have tons of rest in 2 weeks conner and leon will asked to be traded to a winning franchise
