  1. I’ve been a nucks fan since I was 7. That’s 1978. I need to see a cup in Vancouver before I die. Having seen all the great teams, all the great Canuck players in the last 45 years, I think this team has the potential to bring it home. It all depends on how deep they dig and how composed they stay when things aren’t going their way. They can win,but every player is going to have to play their absolute guts out.

  2. wanna say as a nash fan… i just hope it's a good series! If there's any team from the west that i'd even want to win the cup other than us it's y'all. Idk how it'll turn out and i'm proud of my team just like yours for being so far overperforming than what we thought! Good luck on that ice! Demko and Hughes are some stellar talent that def makes me fear our production.

Edit: cause i got to your line analysis, I agree our top line is the most obviously dangerous and the rest aren't as deep. However some key players to look for and what will help the preds live or die in the series at all will be our bottom two lines. Zucker from 2nd line has been great so far and if he produces as he has since he joined he's gonna be a 30 goal scorer next season EASY. So second line isn't top dog but zucker is one to at least not ignore. From the bottom lines is where we need them to step up. Evangelista is new, he has such heart and such great hands, but he needs experience and more control. But he's practically a young forsberg in training is the idea. Then Novak, Mcarron (big sexy), and Sherwood have been instrumental on offensive production. The ONE issue they sometimes have between the two lines is finishing the goals. So if they don't score that puts MASSIVE weight on Fil,RoR,Gus. But our team is one where we have no star (technically we have no mcdavid or whatever but fil josi and saros are always underaprecciated). So everyone on the team needs to pull their weight and produce at least half of what the top line is. Just my take on the forward depth for scoring.

For defense, Lauzon has been the standout for new-ish players for us. Just KILLING it. Mcdonagh though is THE defense guy. If we lose him or josi we fall apart. Mcdongle has made some of the best backchecks and breakaway stops i've ever seen and the game we lost when he got ejected was so sad because things were going our way and he's NEVER been ejected before. And we fell apart. He's saved us just as much if not more on defense than Josi since Josi has been pushing Otime

Lastly on a negative note for us O-line: i need to see more from Beauvillier, he hasn't done as much as Zucker has to prove himself. On D line, Stastney is decent. And i love the IDEA of Schenn. But for every 3 good plays he makes he gives 5 turnovers 6 breakaways and a penalty in a pear tree. Unfortunately i'd take Tyson Barrie over him rn and that's saying something. But maybe his playoff experience will make him have a turnaround cause he's supposed to be excellent but he's been our weakest link to many on the preds fans Ire.
anyways that's just a line analysis from a preds watcher on how we jive. Oh also, fabbro has been lovely for years, not a standout but so solid and nice to have here in Nash. Team would feel different without him, he's just as much the heart of the team as fil, jos, or juice is
