Nice to see Kahkonen commit to the tank. This game had everything you wanted as a pro-tank Sharks fan. They lose vs one of the teams close to them in the standings and your trade pieces all add to their value, ( Duclair 2g 1a, Hoffman 1g 1a, Grandlund 3a).
I'm all in for the Goodrow trade. Maybe a guys like Kunin can sugar the think for NYR a little bite. I dont think Perreault have the same value for a serious contender team like NYR that Will Smith had for a rebuilding team like Sharks. But, GM seems much more open to trade pick to come rather than know assets they just pick.
Love the Duke for Goodrow + 1st trade
A lot of teams on the Shark's schedule need to win to get into the playoffs. It will be difficult to run up many wins.
