This was honestly incredible

Vancouver had their first NHL playoff game in 9 years and the city showed up to give them love as the barn was rocking all night long as they made a comeback. That and more in today’s NHL Hockey video.

  1. Hey Eck. I’ve been watching your videos for a while and have been wanting to start a channel summarizing the NHL. I was wondering how you get all of your clips. Is there any key words to use In search and do you get them from a specific site like YouTube? Love watching your videos almost everyday and keep it up!!!!

  2. Diehard Sharks fan but of course our team missed the post season for a record fifth year in a row. Yep, I will pull for the Canucks all the way. Get to the Stanley Cup Finals for a second time, and this time, finally get that first Stanley cup.

  3. Trophy for most in trouble is a tie between leafs and caps…

I think Cane's got lucky. They looked a bit out played for most of the game.

I feel that this game is the one that looks worse due to the score but was a closely contested match.

  4. I watched the Jets/Avs highlights and it was nothing like the Canucks game. Way less structure and a lot of chasing scrambling. Van plays a much more structured and choking style.

  5. I was at that game, and it was one of the most electric games I've ever been to. Second to only the Denver Nuggets winning the championship last year. Vancouver really brought that energy.

  6. Leafs obviously in trouble, but we knew that the moment they matched up vs Boston.

Who is really in trouble is Colorado. Dont stand a chance in hell if Georgiev even plays average and much less so if he plays as bad as in game 1. Hellebuyck aint gonna allow 6 again.

  7. Even as a lifelong Canucks fan, I've been intensely pessimistic about the Canucks going into these playoffs, especially since their performance tapered off since February. I'm not quite willing to have hope yet, but if they keep playing like this, I might just change my mind.

  8. hughes literally showing us why he's our captain. he carried this team into the playoffs and put the team on his back last night to win us the game. That is what captains do. You lead by example and hes done that

  9. Not necessarily to diminish the quality of the team Vancouver possesses, but this is not incredible…. It's just the Predators doing what the Predators usually do… Finding a way to lose in every conceivable way year in and year out. Keep in mind that the Predators are the underdog in this series….

  10. What's more impressive is Nashville leads 32-4-1 when leading after 2 periods and Vancouver was calm and poised to come back

  11. Only caught half of this game before I went to bed. Maybe I shoulda stayed up for it though. Really looking forward to seeing how a bunch of these series play out.

Aside: Jets-Avs game 1 was very bizarre.
