  1. It was an interesting thought I heard the other day. Trade Anderson plus Calgary's pick to Calgary for Huberdeau. I think he would be great with Dach and Newhook.

  2. Josh: I just hope this year that the Canadiens draft pick is not going to make you leave your room & leave Jesse by himself 🤪🤪🤪🤣😂🤣😂…🤷🤷🤷

  3. If they have to take a D then they need too. We are overrating the ones we have they are all #5, to 6's except Ghoulie and Hutson.

  4. Fun times boys, good job! Here is a thought… and that is all it is. With the emergence of Slaf, I would consider trading away pick 5, Winnipeg pick and Cole for a the first pick – Celebrini… don’t get me wrong, Cole is good but he is under pressure to find the back of the net considering his salary. Macklin is such a great talent. If there is a chance, we must pull the trigger somehow! Keep up the great work

  5. Iginla is not 5’11… He’s 6’0 180+ pounds… He’s also one of the youngest players in this draft he’s a month away from being eligible for the 2025 draft.. In my opinion Iginla plays a modern day power forward game and that would be my pick for Montreal… Lindstrom’s injuries worry me especially with Dach being injury prone… lot of people are sleeping on Iginla but in my opinion he has the potential to be one of the best forwards from this draft, better than Eiserman at the NHL level, Better than Catton at the NHL level and he plays physical, Proved at 17 years old he can perform in the playoffs this season and in the NHL he’s gonna be a great Playoff player… He’s my pick if the Habs are at 5, 6 or 7… Unless Demidov is available at 5 which is not likely…

  6. As long as Hughes adds SCORING …I'm fine ….Big ..Skilled …Tough forwards …Will make the Habs really hard to beat ..!! Go HABS GO ..!!

  7. Back problems are just bad. Seems they never truly heal 100%. I pass on Lindstrom for that reason alone. Demidov would be ideal, Tij would also be great. For me it's Demidov, Iginla or Buium

  8. If Lindstrom or Demidov are gone before our pick we should consider Zeev Buium. Buium is gonna be a number 1 dman. I know we are loaded on d….but Buium could be better than all or d. The guy won gold at the Under 20 and just won the NCAA mens championship and he was Denver University's best d man by far.

  9. First time in long long time maybe even my 27 year life I feel confidently saying we have legit first line to build around

  10. No point in predictions about playoffs until we see the offseason but the younger core will take a step forward either way and they will no doubt be done finishing bottom 5 in this league.

  11. On the goalies, it's funny how everyone always forget Quentin Miller.
He ended his season getting injured for a few weeks, missing the last 5 games of the season and the playoffs. But he's still the one most improved goalie in our system throughout this season, went from being quite impossible to evaluate doing his best playing Hodor for the very worst team in the Q facing waves after waves to become really good easy top 5 in the league even in a better team that would make the playoffs with his help but with little to no chance of getting any further considering the hindering inconsistencies of their defense.
William Lacelle his main replacement in those playoffs only had a .883SV% in those 5 games which isn't that bad at all but not up to Quentin Miller's .926% in his last 5 when they were pushing to secure that PO spot.
(All the top performing goalies in this league had way better overall defense to help them out)
