Ugh! Don’t get me wrong… I like Lindy and he is a better coach than the last four coaches we had here but there were better options out there. Did Adams even try to get any of them? If he did it is obvious Adams isn’t able to sell this organization. I wonder if it because he was managing a hockey rink prior to being our GM while he hasn’t really accomplished anything in the last 3 1/2 years. The first step really should have been finding a proven, experienced person to help Adams out and give us some credible. It is very possible this franchise is on cruise control until the team is sold.

I don’t hate it. But I also don’t love it. I am mostly worried about them retaining Matt Ellis. Rayzor is worried for different reasons.
Hopefully they bring in some new blood for his staff. He will get accountablity, I am sure. However, will he have the right system.

In the Seven season hes coached in the NHL since he was fired from buffalo his team finished better than 5th in the division twice. Every other year was a 5th place finish or worse, what does everyone see in this guy?
