  1. Pull your goalie! Connor Hellasucks

Georgie is clearly the better goalie in this series. It's not even close.

  2. Said after game 1 (barely won) that Brossoit should be played. Some did not like my statement. I went on a hunch to change things up. We list the last 3 games since. We are almost done. Why didn’t upper Jets management see what I saw. Today Brossoit never let in 1 goal is the 3rd period??????

  3. Oh shut it Rick, you cost this team a deep run because you keep trying something that hasn’t worked all season long…

  4. I mean…Jets are capable of this comeback, no doubt in my mind. But asking will they do it is completely different. Not only are the stats against us, but there’s no evidence in our current gameplay to give me any confidence. Avs in…6 if the Jets are lucky.

  5. I agree with Rick! The players aren't carrying the puck into the Avs' zone, often they are dumping the puck in, and it is often a 50% chance the Colorado team will recover that dumped puck. I saw a few wild passes made by players to nobody without looking, which again causes turnovers. On Defense in Game 2-3-4 Colorado had a player or two standing in front of our Goalie waiting for rebounds and screening the shots. At times the players in front of the goal were tipping shots making life hell for the goalie. It seemed like the Jets skaters all ignored the guys in front of the net letting them do what they like which seems to me like a bad defensive strategy. Someone should be pushing and tying up sticks etc of players loitering in front of the Jets' goal. Players on their team are skating from their zone to the Jets' zone without being hit or slowed down… all that momentum isn't great. I recommend the forecheck and even hitting people in the neutral zone to slow them down. Finish checks and keep pressure on the Avs so they don't have luxury of time to plan passing plays etc. How do I think they can win? Well, first the Jets need to get physical and battle more along the boards, avoid wild passing over long distances that could get intercepted. Keep the passes short and crisp. If needed they should really dump the puck far from Colorado players so they have time to get set in a defensive posture. Try to keep passes short and accurate. Slow the game down to a calm pace, and don't make wild passes without confirming there is a friendly player ready to receive that pass. Colorado I've noticed is constantly interfering with players that do not have the puck, and the Refs aren't calling that. So by slowing down the game speed a bit, it will reduce the impact of interference.. might also make it more likely the Ref will notice the interference. If the puck is a long way off and a player is interfering with the progess of a player, the ref might be too focused on the puck. But if the interference happens closer to the puck.. he might see it and call them for it.

  6. Bones can't play the game, only suggest how to play. The players haven't played anywhere near the right way. Avs are winning.

  7. Ehlers 1st line. NOT 3rd line and NOT 2nd either. 1st line. Ya, Ehlers made a few mistakes, but he's playing with guys that are not very fast, it just doesn't work, not in playoffs anyways. He can bring energy to this team, and he's being held back in my opinion. Also, everyone seems to be worrying about the "system" so much, when I think they just need to go for it, 100% all in, 100% energy, creativity, every moment of every shift. I was a Bones system believer, but not anymore, doesn't work in playoffs, not for this team anyways. Perfetti, I would normally say 100% no don't, but, at this point maybe, but only if Ehlers is on 1st line. too late probably anyways, but what the heck…
