Brock Nelson scored the eventual game-winning goal while Ilya Sorokin stopped 27 of the 28 shots he faced as the New York Islanders defeated the St. Louis Blues in a 2-1 victory.
This game was a back and forth between each team. At one point the blues were lucky to make it out alive with 2 goals taken off But at another point the islanders were lucky to make it out alive with the Blues pressure

My Blues need some D help if they expect to go deep in the playoffs. Keep Ville Husso and trade Bennington for a big time D man. We've never recovered from the loss of Petrangelo.
You see this "goaltender interference" call, and then you compare it to the one in today's Edmonton-Montreal game, where the goal was called a good goal and… Completely contradictory calls.

Good call on the coach's challenge. The Islander stick clearly hit the goalie several times before the puck went in.
