The man on the left was bashed so much after game 1, and now hears his name being chanted by every Avalanche fan in the arena. The guy on the right skated by every Jets player to make an incredible goal today.

Cale says, ".. little bit lucky."
Which means… "Picked up the puck at the wall and promptly dangled to beat a couple guys who were flat-footed. Carried it through the neutral zone and had a couple guys looking scared as I entered the zone. They got nervous and gave me too much space and all I needed to do was fire it over the goaltenders shoulder while looking away from him."
When Wayne Gretzky said "Cale Makar reminds me of Bobby Orr"…. that says enough 😉
Cale is being far too modest here. That was an absolutely ridiculous play he made.
