  1. Swing for the fences and trade up to 1 if you don’t win the lottery or at least move up to 2 in the lottery. Go for Cellibrini, if it costs you 2 firsts and a Defenceman

  2. I've been saying this for months ! We need a star demidov or celliebrini! The rest of the draft same o same o ! We're not gonna pick this low again so burn some number 1s ! This year and the next ! Anahiem is the only club that resembles ours in terms of rebuild but give them some number ones and they'll go for it or fire there gm s ! 2×1 plus barron ! Get a star !

  3. Lol just like Slaf envisioned himself with Caufield and Suzuki! Slaf won’t be on the 2nd line anytime soon! He’s with Suzuki for awhile! Maybe Caufield moves down with Dach to enen up the size on the top 2 lines!

  4. Demidov would be so awesome but maybe out of reach u less we give up our pick plus a couple great prospects! If we miss on Demidov and Lindstrom is gone, you take Iginla !

  5. isn't the talk circulating is that Demidov might have torn his ACL….I might have the wrong Russian but this is the talk

  6. If Chicago picks 2 nd would they take our 5 or 6, Montreal or Calgarys 2025 pick and Kaiden Guhle. I love Guhle but suspect Chicago would want an A level prospect

  7. Definitely go for Demisov. Seen his highlights and he has insane skill. This is the guy we want. Best skill in this draft bar none

  8. how about habs trading down (5 to 9 or 10 plus picks) and trying to acquire 2 top 12 (jets first plus picks to move to 12) picks for this draft? draft catton and iginla.

  9. There are a number of choices at forward that are all good picks. Catton has absolutely lethal skill. I feel like he’d be a Marner with heart. Lindstrom is just an absolute grown man. He’s had an NHL shot since he was 16. Iginla is just so crafty and he likes scoring about as much as a human can like it. He’s more skilled than his dad was at this age, by quite a bit, but they are different players. Eiserman is a goal machine, much like Caufield was, and we all know he’s rounded out his game quite nicely. And, of course, if they somehow get a chance at Demidov, they are getting a player that oozes offensive talent in a way Habs fans will revere. So, I guess what I’m saying is, any of those picks is a good pick and it just comes down to what Gorton and Hughes and Marty want. And, like, I think we can all agree they deserve our trust with whomever they choose. Great video as always, fellas.

  10. Guys, you're 12hours too late. That Basu article is no longer relevant at all as sadly Ivan Demidov badly hurt his knee again (well "again"… might not be the same one, but it's bad, real bad, potential torn mcl or acl). Also if the team moves up, it's for Celebrini and his established chemistry with Hutson, no one else. Arpon's being silly delusional there.

  11. Young players want to experience a dream like a Slaf, when he managed to break failure and became the star of the team. They see that there are suitable conditions for that in Montreal

  12. Why are people's opinions about Lindstrom so inflated? Because of his size? Why do people not like Catton as much? Size again? Catton is currently a lot better than Lindstrom. I understand that he might not have the physical tools that Lindstrom has but otherwise, appart from lets say straight line speed, he's better than Lindstrom at everything else!

  13. Honestly for a playoff contender I'd rather Lindstrom. And demidovs injuries worry me. Don't be surprised if montreal goes for Beckett Sennecke! Look at his second half of the season and playoffs! Look how clutch he's been! He looks like Josh Anderson if Josh Anderson had compete, high hockey iQ, slick hands and a good pass! Kid looks so good! Like so good I'd pick him over Lindstrom almost! Trust me hel be the steal of the draft easily. If he isn't in the top 10 teams are insane.

  14. What if we keep our first pick where it is and we trade the jets 1st round with a guy like guhle for another top 5 pick ? Can maybe add another first pick that we have for next year
