As much as I want these guys gone realistically they’ll be staying. The leafs management doesn’t fucking understand who to keep and will likely try everything to keep the core 4 together, and this is why they’ll never succeed. I’d love to be proven wrong though and see marner gone.

He is absolutely a talented member of this team, and he will go on and be a very good player for whoever he plays for. He might (like Naz) even win a cup. But the fact of the matter is this set up just isn’t working, won’t work, and he’s gotta go. For what it’s worth I think he wants a change of scenery too (just a hunch based on how annoyed he always seems especially when talking to the media.)
