Nick Paul and Brandon Hagel are joining Team Canada for the Men’s World Hockey Championship
Team Canada has added reinforcements for the Men’s World Hockey Championship. Pierre-Luc Dubois, Nick Paul and Brandon Hagel are joining Canada. Macklin Celebrini and Adam Fantilli have made the decision to return home. Celebrini is obviously tied to the NHL Draft Lottery.

Hopefully they do well
Hell yeah.
Great news, excited to watch them play. Held out a little hope that Cirelli might go as well, too bad.
Figured Point and Stamkos would take the time off to rest, but then again, how many more opportunities will #91 get to put on a Canadian jersey in his career? Really hoping he makes it onto the 2026 Olympic team, though at that point it might be more a legacy pick and not necessarily a best player available pick.
