Florida beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in 5 to open the playoffs.
Boston advanced to the second round with a 2-1 overtime win Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7.
The Panthers beat the Bruins in Game 7 of last year’s first round; Boston is 4-0 against the Panthers this regular season and has held them scoreless on the power play.

I agree the “engaged” part is a huge piece we were missing last night. A lot of checks that were passed up on and mental errors. Those should be easy to fix by game 2
