   Hard to believe Phil Kessel was only 26. Man has probably looked 40 since he was 15

   They felt much older. I can’t believe JVR was only 23 in the 2013 playoffs. Those guys seemed more mature than this group.

   Both Kessel and Bozak went on to win a cup. And JVR is trying to win one right now..

   That’s actually wild to think about. Crazy how this core which is so much more talented has achieved basically nothing in 8 years together other than a fluky round 1 win where they got dominated and won solely bc of deflections and then got fed in the 2nd round that brought them right back to Earth. That’s the most we have to show for this core
