Morreale — Tij Iginla, C, Kelowna (WHL): The 17-year-old son of Hockey Hall of Fame forward Jarome Iginla is a dynamic offensive talent with speed, quickness and natural instincts you can’t teach. Iginla (6-foot, 182) led Kelowna with 47 goals and was second with 84 points and 11 power-play goals in 64 regular-season games. He had 12 points (six goals, six assists) in seven games for gold medal-winning Canada at the 2024 IIHF World Under-18 Championship.

Really dont think cgy should draft Iginla. I know the kid is a good player and all but in calgary hes always going to be compared to his father and if he doesnt perform at the same level as Jerome hes going to be ridiculed and bashed at every angle this kid needs to go somewhere to find his own path. If it was me I think we should go with Konsta Helenius I think this kid is only going to get better with time and will be an amazing player for years to come
