  1. Glad the Sharks won the lottery. They suffered a lot over recent years while trying to improve but failed (such as the Erik Karlsson trade from Ottawa). Drafting Celebrini this year to add to Will Smith last year will give the Sharks solid foundation to build into a winning team.

  2. I know people are relieved that Chicago didn't get the 1st overall pick, but they still got a top 5 pick and will draft a very good player (Most likely Ivan Demidov). I think the NHL higher ups swerved the lottery today to throw us off guard not be suspicious that they're rigging the draft in favor to help Chicago, but that's exactly what they're doing and that's helping Chicago rebuild their dynasty and get them back to the cup because they bring in the big bucks to the league. I would be surprised if they got a top 5 pick again in the 2025 pick and they end up drafting Gavin McKenna. Connor Bedard, Gavin McKenna & Ivan Demidov as your team's first line & core pieces will win you 4 – 5 championships for the next 10 – 15 years.

  3. Haha so happy to see the face behind the infamous voice !!! That said, I am so happy the SJS are the ones to win the Celebrini sweepstakes!!!

  4. I’m also fine that the sharks get him as a Blackhawks fan bc we’re gonna get Demidov and that’s gonna be filthier than Bedard Celebrini

  5. Teams in the 5-11 range can get the most electrifying player of this draft, the highest scoring d man parekh. Could be headed to habs, utah, seattle, sens, flames.

  6. Man please do this instead of playing random EA NHL games. That is dreadful background content.

  7. And with all due respect, we’re not some random NHL team. We were playoff beats for 14ish years. The franchise had to turn things around. Grier is doing that. We have a passionate fanbase and hockey playing community.

We also have sick jerseys and he’s gonna look great in them.

  8. OK, congrats Sharks fans! Hopefully in a few short years the Ducks and Sharks can go back to normal and be enemies again instead of just shameful bottom feeders that can't even look each other in the eye.
