Anyone that has seen McDavid stickhandle, knows he has real good control of his stick…particularly when he's not being harassed and has two hands on it. – He did that on purpose.

After seeing some things in Edmonton's first series, I stopped watching. I started to get a sick feeling they were being given a free ride of sorts. The refs were not calling Ed like they should have, and this is another example. I'm wondering if the NHL is saying this is Edmonton's year and we're going to help them get as far as they can without being too obvious about our help. This game made it obvious to me, but what do I know. I think McD got a free ride this game, and this injury almost looked purposeful. I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER IF THEY'D THROWN HUGHES OUT WITH A FINE IF HE'D DONE THIS TO MCDAVID. WHAT DO YOU THINK? Oh and by the way, I think Ed has incurred some kharma for this game. I expect to see the Canucks blow the socks off them after this one.
McDavid should get a suspension for that, intentional for sure. Refs missed that or let it go. Next game they should get return the favour. Cut him good.
