Beds is always the consummate professional in these post game interviews, which is usual great, but I feel after this 3rd devastating loss I’d like him to be a bit more vocally pissed off with the boys. Our best players are getting off far to lightly for not turning up in this series.

His answer to the the Val questions were very good. Thoughtful, respectful.
It’s not an excuse, it is just like an injury. Not all injuries are physical and you can see the love and support he wishes for him. We get all caught up in the fact it’s a game but this could well be gambling with his life and safety.
This is why I will never care that Bedsy isn’t “passionate” or vocally angry, etc like other coaches. He sees his players as people first, not just machines.

I was at the game and the news about Val and then finding out Toews was out created a weird vibe all around the arena. But you could immediately tell the players were mentally drained from it, the effort was the worst I have seen from them, you could just tell that it affected them mentally. But as bad as this is, we aren’t out of this yet, we could still turn it around, we have the talent and the best coach to beat this team, they need to bring some mental toughness with them back to Dallas. I would love to see all of these Dallas fans and the hatred they are spewing in other threads rn just have to fuckin eat it in the end.

I just want him to not get owned by deboer.
Sure, everyone has their kryptonite but still :/ Crappy way to end the season.
