  1. Cool to see Armia being the advanced stats darling this year after a couple years of looking like he barely belonged in the NHL. He really did step up a ton.

This breakdown seems pretty fair overall, we have a long way to go. I have high hopes in the future of our top line, but ultimately this teams success will probably come down to the development of our defensive prospects.

Who wrote this? Curious how they concluded that Justin Barron will be a core piece let alone on the roster next year. Can see the argument for the latter but seems more likely he gets squeezed out of ice time and buried or traded.

I question the second page. The entire top line doesn’t fit based on GSVA yet Armia and Barron do? Can someone explain?

I don’t understand how the development is the hardest part.

The worst you are, the easier it is to progress/improve.

It’s way harder for a team to take it to the next level when they are already decent.

Barron is young, please don’t sleep on him. He’s going to be very good.

  6. The only check marks is

    Monte

    Joel Armia

    Justin Barron

    Yikes

This reads like an “If your birthday is today” horoscope. Except astrology is like pro wrestling..so if the Athletic is convincing enough, even Barron or Harris are superstars!

Been hearing this all season. Tell us something we don’t know or is that too hard?
