Stars were my preseason pick to win the cup. Really like the make up of their team, good mix of vets and youth. They will have the advantage in all areas besides power play imo (Stars PP also very good) so Oilers will be in tough. I remember these teams always going at it in 97-99 when I was a kid so Iām excited for this series

I am rooting for Dallas personally. Tanev is a beauty. Although I have been a closet Panthers fan for about 20 years. The thing with them is, I liked them cause they sucked like my team. Now that they’re good it’s not as fun. Reino is a BC boy though. So I still like em. Would love to see a Dallas/Florida finals personally.

That’s why we play the games folks. All teams in the conference finals deserve to be there and have a chance to win it all. In fact, except for the caps and Islanders, all teams in the playoffs were pretty strong.
Besides, the oddmakers have been favoring Edmonton since the start of the playoffs, so maybe there’s something to that.
