QUESTION OF THE DAY — What Are YOUR Thoughts On Cole Eiserman? Would YOU Be Interested In A Trade Up For Him If He Falls Out Of The Top 10? Let Me Know.
Eiserman is a work in progress not on the same level as Demidov and at this point there are better prospects to be had if the Hawks can trade up.
Vlasic gets an A+ he played so well and that was playing with Seth Jones. Looking forward to him bulking up and gaining a little snarl just excited the Hawks have him locked up with the new contract!
He would be great with Bedard. A Mike Bossy type. will be devestated if they pass on Demitov. A big error. Also for me Hockey News rankings are the best.
Regarding Cole Eiserman: KD and the Blackhawks would be smart to take advantage of the fact that Cole Eiserman is not the flavor-du-jour and is currently out of favor. He is worth much more to the Blackhawks because he is an ideal winger to pair with Connor Bedard. Additionally, the Blackhawks have one of the worst power plays in the NHL and he will instantly improve this. Packaging the No. 20 and No. 34 picks to move up 8-10 spots if Eiserman slides out of the top 10 lottery picks is a risk well worth taking. He is also not a smurf and is a full size, physical player.
People talk about trading picks to move up in draft. Can also package cap relief and decent young Rockford players that seem to have been passed on depth charts. Dach, Phillips, Allan. Keep 2024/25 picks. We are still building for future.
