    I have had the feeling he will end up in Florida. Reunite with Tkachuk and get to play behind Barkov. Probaly takes a cheaper long term deal to go there.

    He's not even a proven.#2 ….he's NOT selected caliber otherwise he's being used In ALL situations….ALL situations D zone faceoffs …..driving any line….mentoring younger players …he doesn't have all these tangible. He requires wingers that make him better ….thats proven

    I think he gets 4 yrs 6 million somewhere to play a defensive 2C who will help with a PK but not offer a lot points-wise.

    He should get 5-6 million. He’s a poor man’s version of Ryan nugent hopkins who makes 6 million. Lindholm had proven time and time again both in Vancouver and Calgary that his offensive talents is that of a third line centre. Gaudreau and Tkachuk carried him that one year.

    He's a solid number 2 centre. That costs about 8-9 mil plus nowadays. Everyone commenting 6 mil don't realize that the cap is going to rise exponentially and agents are negotiating on that basis.
