Goalies in the 90s who followed Hextall could hit the cross bar from center ice without even trying. The trapazoid completely ruined the game! Goalies used to be 3rd d-men!
Watching modern goalies try to pass really makes you realize how special Brodeur was. Like a third elite defenseman out there.
