For whatever it’s worth, he did do a really good job with the Coachella Firebirds. Maybe he deserves another shot, or at has least scrubbed himself of some of the stink he earned in Buffalo.

As a Sabres fan in Oregon I really really want to root for the Kraken as my #2 team. But they keep hiring hated Sabres cast offs, it’s really really counter productive.

How much of a failure Bylsma my was in Buffalo. He was the coach of a young team that didn’t like his approach and never seem to accept his approach. In addition there was dysfunction within the organization (and ongoing, especially at that time). I will be interested in seeing how Bylsma does in Seattle.

He coached one of the best AHL team two years in a row, so it makes sense he got another shot. Coachella Valley Firebirds are a very good team.

Watch JB and Disco bring a cup to Seattle just to drive home that we’re cursed (with a terrible owner). Idk if he’s the best but he is absolutely not a bad coach.
