I'm not sure if Taveres's issues with the CRA might create JT to not want to deal with Toronto/ Canada anymore and may consider a trade out. A stretch? anymore
Makes zero sense. PLD can be bought out very cheaply, Huberdeau is forever a Flame.
Huberdeau should have just stayed in Florida in my opinion, he was in a great situation that he left, Florida might potentially win the Stanley Cup this season.
It's the same thing fo Kadri with Colorado leaving a great situation and especially after winning the Stanley Cup and he was a big part of that too.
The Flames top centre is definitely Sharangovich, not Kadri.
Even though his contract sucks for the Calgary Flames. Rather still have Jonathan Huberdeau on the Calgary Flames than trading him for Pierre-Luc Dubois because of the reputation he's garnered as a locker room cancer. Jonathan Huberdeau is a likable player past the contract and after the new year he did show some signs of maybe finally finding his way with the Calgary Flames. I say no to this trade as a Calgary Flames fan.
Dubois naturally a wing, if he stays with LA that's where he'll be. Kings main concern however, is getting a stud goalie.
LA could have young Patrick Roy in goal, and still couldn't beat Edmonton.

Re: PLD/Hub swap: I'm not convinced that swap would be helpful, especially for Flames. PLD would be MISERABLE in Calgary and would end up moping, whining, complaining, coasting….what a disaster for the Flames. I still like Huberdeau and feel bad for him that his game hasn't materialized since his trade from Panthers. Flames may be stuck with him for the term of the contract.

PLD is a bottom feeder,how he made team Canada is confounding. I would rather a underpreforming likeable guy in the room than an under achieving cancer.
I'd rather have the PLD contract than the Hub contract. On top of that, from what I've gathered from past interviews it really seems like PLD might be slotted in on the wing this season and Byfield moved back into center, I'm of the opinion that PLD looked halfway decent when he was out with Byfield last season, so im still giving PLD one more year before rioting. Pray for me, a coping kings fan.

i don't think the flames should trade huberdeau for what may be the only contract worse than his. no smart team would willingly take on that cancer.
