Babcock is a bully and a narcissist in the way he needs to be known as the most knowledgeable smartest person in the room and doesn’t tolerate anyone challenging that. He also needs to make sure everyone knows he’s the most powerful person and mistreats people to demonstrate that.
He’s reminiscent of a certain politician who will humiliate people if he wants to.
Good riddance to Babcock and to anyone who think mistreating people is the way to get results.
