Way better than the Leafs
This is painful. 2 of the worst teams playing for the cup. I really don’t care who wins at this point because the NHL is screwed now no matter who wins. Rewarding terrible play and horrible sportsmanship just sucks. Since I don’t want to see the oilers win more then the kitties, I must reluctantly say that the panthers MUST win at this point. But, as I’ve said, I don’t care. McDavid should’ve been suspended but since he’s the darling well we all know.
All of Canada is with them! We need the Cup back in the Country where it belongs

How about Leon being the best player in the 2014 draft and there are several of them in the finals.
A cats fan pointed out that we had a “weak” defence team that can’t match theirs to which I countered with Kulikov being part of the oilers defence team that ended up being swept by the jets. It’ll be a wake up call for the league. Evan with our “weak” defence, it’s good enough to beat the NHL’s “best” teams.

I wanted a Florida-Dallas Final because both teams recently came up short and redemption is always fun to watch. But I am excited for a Florida-Edmonton series because, even though I love Florida right now, I want McDavid to win at least one Cup. I just want the greats to win. What a waste it would have been if Lemieux or Gretzky never won. Even as a Flyers fan I would have been disappointed if Crosby and Ovechkin never won, despite the fact that I hate them (Ovi to a much lesser extent, and now that Sid is in his golden years I can admit to a begrudging respect for him.)
