Several instances where it feels like he's just pretending to be as loquacious as he tries to front….hasn't heard of a Tim Hortons….every city "thinks" they have the loudest fans…and Matthew isn't looking to make trouble. I was born just north of Edmonton and I despise that team.
That being said, I see a team that is on a mission.
No, wait, I see 2 teams that are on a mission and to be honest this series will come down to 2 things.
Goaltending and which team stays the healthiest.
Its gonna be an interesting playoffs. It will all come down to the fact, how much power play Oilers can have. Thats their chance, their power play can solve the game.
But on top of that, all other areas Panthers are better off.
Watch Mikkola in front of their own goal. He is a big evil defenser that can clean his area. Gyus like him on both teams have role in who will win.
Anyway most games are one or two goal difference matches.

i know I speak for the 60 plus crowd whose grown up 57 + years of hockey, playing beer league and tournaments all over our country, our kids played in our mostly "volunteer programs" till they joined us in beer league, so i could stay between the blue lines, we all talk hockey, think breathe cheer cry about it….Canadians understand the sport like no other…after we shake hands with our opponents, we cheer them on whole heartedly… Canadians hockey players are a class act….don't forget that , our kids become a mature person keeping our stupid thoughts to ourselves.., despite some of the pitiful self indulged leadership we have to go on.. GO OIL (40 year Canuck Fan and still hoping)

I hope Florida crushes this ridiculously bad Oilers team. But it’s Bettman rigging this “run” to cover up the 30 YEARS of rigging it to sell games to America. Did you REALLY “think” Vegas lost to ANSHEIM so Edmonton wouldn’t lose in the first round by accident? I would HIGHLY suspect Demko got paid off to pretend he was “hurt” as well. Never saw ONE clip of him being “injured.” It’s all business folks. You are watching “sports entertainment.” And to those who are going to cry because I’m saying the TRUTH, 13 refs got caught RIGGING A NBA PLAYOFF SERIES in early 2000. I think Paul Maurice is probably the best coach not to have won a cup yet. The buy-in he's able to get from his players wherever he goes is almost unmatched.
Whatever the outcome of this series, it will be a hell of a good time.
