Jonathan Quick, as a guy who grew up a town over from you, I have loved your game and respect your career since your days at Hamden High. Loved seeing you play this year as a Ranger and really hope you and Igor keep this tandem going as long as you can!
Is he coming back for next season? I know signed a 1 year contract
We need a Joey Kocur enforcer and enough of the soft play
He saw the Kings beat us the same way. Bigger, stronger and wore down our D and forwards. We jettisoned some great offensive players in 1994 to change the make up of the Cup team. Think its time to do the same. We need more size, grinders and firece players

Growing up a few towns away from you in Connecticut and probably played against you in Travel Youth Hockey! I enjoyed following you in the NHL and especially had fun seeing you play this Year with the Rangers! Had a great attitude as a team player and really helped bond this team into one!
Excited to have you back next year and will be looking forward to see you Win your 400th game in the NHL as a Ranger!
One of the very pleasant surprise in this season was the contribution of Jonathan Quick.
I'll be honest. I did not see that coming.
Imagine winning w a tough gritty team like LA and then seeing this Ranger team choke this year. Not to be too harsh but that top line did nothing to help this team win. Do something! Hit somebody! Win a battle! Move your freakin legs!

I hated this signing, in part because of the SCF loss, but, man he made a believer of me. Hope he comes back next season Quickie was a huge part of getting us to the playoffs.
I hope that after Jonathan Quicks playing career is over that he joins NYR management staff.
The absolute perfect backup goalie to have. So glad he is coming back next year. He picked up the slack when Igor was going through a rough spell. He is also in general a great locker room guy.
10 years ago (kings winning the cup over the Rangers) I would’ve thought I went nuts for saying I love Quick but here we are 😂….. love the goaltending and veteran leadership he provided for this years team.
Quick is a true hall of fame goaltender, he's an awesome goaltender and person and teammate. God bless.

I say Quick was our best pick up of the year. Is he retiring? I would love to see another year with him. I was impressed with him. He got 3 rings while in the net and that speaks volumes to the player he is. Thank you Quicky!
