They don’t need a formal GM. They are all bright guys, I mean one of em has a doctorate in biochemistry, right? Just put Eric Tulsky’s name, email address and mobile number as a contact person for Carolina Hurricanes and continue business as usual
Why don't the Canes have a GM? Tom Dundon. It's not a good reason, but that's why.
