You can watch the ASL broadcast on ESPN+ in the US and Sportsnet+ in Canada

That’s cool that they’re doing this but would it just be better to watch without sound? I’m not deaf but I’d rather not take my eyes off the game

it’s so great that they’re doing this for all the blind viewers!

I love this. I’d watch all sports without the commentators and just have the crowd noise if I could.

That’s fucko g aq and am wondering what took so long?

Finally, the deaf can now know when a goal is scored while watching a game.

Thanks for the hearing damage with this video. The ASL may come in handy after all.

I actually would like this broadcast to be the default. I’m not deaf, nor did I pay attention to the ASL much. I liked the emoji and the lamp lighting lol along with the noise meter. Made it feel like a video game the way it hypes it up. Plus just pure crowd and ice noise, makes you feel like you are at a game!!!

Wow this is awesome! I lost majority of my hearing last year and haven’t learned ASL yet but hopefully this becomes more widespread in the future

Going full circle… I wish there was subtitles so I knew exactly what they were signing.
