Perry injured by hit from Pavelski

Corey Perry came up limp in his right arm after this clean check from Joe Pavelski. He missed the rest of the first period but did return about five minutes into the second.

  1. Great sacrifice, he knew something was coming but he had to get it out of there. Little things like that matter a lot in the playoffs. Perry is awesome.

  2. its clean for sure, but isn't it too violent for your taste? I believe you've mentioned the violent nature of hits such as this before in past videos like Truba I think was one.. anyway.

  3. Would have been clean, if the puck were still in the vicinity. The puck was long gone before the player even decided to make the hit. This is not a tough call at all.

  4. That’s a biggest dive I’ve ever seen in the NHL, I know Perry is like semi retired, but signed a contract anyway coz he has some sort of mid life crisis, like he thinks he’s still a good hockey player, so instead he stooped to becoming LaBrones biggest loser student in the flop game. 😂

  5. I love Perry o ly wish he hadn't gone to the oilers, same as Rico as o can't root fornthat team. Hard to figure out what he was even doing there. Was that an attempt to draw a penalty or was he trying not to hit the wall? Such a bizarre fall.
