Okay first, any Russian woman knows that boiled eggs do not got into pirogues. Only raw eggs go into the pirogue dough. The traditional russian pirogue constitutes smashed potatoes and cheese curd (farmer's cheese) and is sautéed in thin-sliced onions. This woman has obviously spent too much time in america. The last pirogue is the "jam" pirogue, and is meant to be made with homemade jam. Poor cooking skills, evan for an American.
