Skinner is a complete liability when he leaves the crease.
Kris Knobauch's biggest mistake was putting Skinner back in net for Game 6 against the Canucks. Calvin Pickard wasn't the reason for any of the Oiler's losses. In fact, he looked much more calm than Skinner. The Canucks ended up losing because the Canucks were lazy and didn't try. Not because Skinner was back in net.
Now Skinner is being exposed again for what a terrible goalie he is. 4 goals on 23 shots. A .826 save percentage in Game 3. .893 save percentage in game 2. .882 save percentage in game 1. Who is the problem here? It's not like the Oilers haven't gotten any shots on goal. Sure game 1 and 2 you can say Bobrovsky shut the door. But he let in 3 goals in game 3. So the difference? Besides Skinner having a terrible save percentage, he makes panic plays llke the misplay behind the net. Ultimately giving away a goal, and possibly losing the chance at a cup.
Now what do you do? You can't throw Pickard in net again and say: "Hey! You've been our guy all along". Skinner should have never been given the net back. That mistake might have cost the Oilers a cup.
The Stanley Cup was lost by the Oilers here.

Таросенко счастливый символ. В 2019 году выйграл 1 кубок с Музыкантами которые ни разу не выигрывали кубок С. И через 5 лет есть хороший шанс взять 2 кубок с командой которая никогда его не брала. А Перри за последнии 5 лет, 4 раза сыграл в финале с разными командами и проиграл( неудачник)
