For those who need some context: In December 2011c Milbury charged and convicted on 3 counts 1 of which was assault and battery on a minor where at a pee-wee hockey game he struck a 14 year old child. The others being threats to commit violence and disorderly conduct (probably was drunk). He actually managed to be hired as an NBA sports analyst for 14 years, until when in January of 2011 he was fired for making an extremely sexiest remark against female hockey players.
