Linus Ullmark on the trade block?: 5 possible landing spots

   Necas for Ullmark 1-for-1 isn’t worth it.

   Then we’d have 4 NHL goalies signed for the year, and Ullmark is $5M AAV.

   We’d have to unload Freddie, which is a way worse trade chip than Necas.

   PK has earned the net, he needs the keys this year. Freddie can alternate or play once in a while to stay sharp and rested.

   Our biggest need is still a 2C or replacement winger for Necas. If we don’t fill those voids with the trade then we lost the trade.

   give Necas a 1 year bridge deal and figure this out next summer, none of these trades are great for us at all

   1 to 1 deal is way better for the Bruins. They have similar needs in needing a 2C and top wingers with an aging core. If Hurricanes trade Necas they need someone who can immediately slot in to replace.

   It says something when everyone knows including management, that Necas will probably be better and a bigger star on another team lol.

   I would want more than just Ullmark, but that would be a hell of a start.

   Ullmark + Pastrnak + a future guaranteed top 10 pick for Necas and Andersen.

   I’ll be incredibly disappointed if the return they get for Necas is a goalie. Terrible use of an asset like him imo
