I have to wonder what else the caps plan to do for the season. If it is anything, because what teams do for their 50th is variable.
Some teams, like the Canucks, Sabres, Kings, and flyers had special jerseys for their 50th anniversary.
The pens went back full time to the early Lemieux jerseys they won the cup with. But the blues and Islanders really didn’t do a ton on the jersey side, just having some patches.
