My tinfoil hat says that Michkov will be at development camp and will sign his ELC in person. A few reporters have said it is unlikely, but I think that is the Flyers just keeping things under wraps as per usual.
Fedotov clearly had a visa ready; he was in Voorhees the day after his contract was terminated. Briere and Jones have been working on this behind the scenes for months, they’ve had time to be pushing these things through the right channels.
