Florida didn’t deserve the cup after blowing that 3-0 lead…and I don’t even care about the oilers. They didn’t deserve it either after that embarrassing comeback…shittiest Stanley cup round in history!
As a Devout Detroit Red Wings fan, for decades. And those Wings winning quite a few Stanley Cups. My CONGRATULATIONS to The FLORIDA PANTHERS ORGANIZATION !!!! You persevered and triumphed in an epic 7 game Series. Regardless of what anyone says, the better team WON !!!! To ALL on the team, rejoice in the VICTORY, take in the moment. There was like ten people who showed up today to see Florida players with the cup.
I think it ended the best way. Oilers didn't embarrass themselves by being swept and showed how good they are, Panthers didn't embarrass themselves even more by being the first team losing from 3-0 in last 80 years, Florida deserved to win, Oilers deserved to win next time.

I'm a Devils fan, and this team reminds me of the early 2000's Devs. Panthers fans, you are extremely lucky to not only have a great group of guys, but an amazing coach who is clearly respected. Congrats all around. Well deserved.

I was 6 years old when Panthers went to their first Finals, and I just remember the hype, and I've been a fan ever since. This was such an amazing moment for me as a lifelong fan.
