I could see if hage was gpne at 21 they may have used that pick
Baud reported today too that Montreal had a trade in place if Demidov wasn’t there at 5 (not involving the 5th pick) but obviously it didn’t happen.
I’d still love to get Mcgoarty if possible and have our top-6 wingers be Caufield, Slaf, Demidov and McGroarty
Imo Hughes should still be trying to make this happen, another young top six forward would pretty much check all the boxes of the rebuild.
I don’t think I could force myself to root for someone with a name like that. He needs to play for Dallas.
