  1. If we had gone 2-12 to close out the season when we had 68 GP instead of going 5-9, we would’ve gotten 5th overall pick instead of Montreal and we would’ve been able to get Tij. I will never forgive this team for failing to tank properly when we had the opportunity to get a top 5 pick instead of a 9th. We BLEW IT. That is our legacy. We suck at being good when we need to be good, and we suck at sucking when we need to suck. What kind of team sucks so bad that they can’t even suck bad enough to do something good for our future? The Iginla name does not belong on any other jersey than a Flames jersey. It is sacrilege. An absolute abomination. A disgrace to the Iginla name and to the Flames organization and fanbase. And Utah can plummet to the furthest depths of hell for what they’ve done. There will never be any forgiveness for them either. It’s far worse than when the Soyattle Krackheads stole our captain Gio. Zero forgiveness for that kind of disrespect.
