[Johnson] Logan Thompson briefly interrupted his autograph session to say hello to Aliaksei Protas, who stopped by to see his new teammate. They were roommates at Protas’s first development camp when he was drafted by the Capitals.

Thompson was also at one point in the Caps’ system, signing with the Bears, but playing that year with the Stingrays.
