Yes, Florida has $20m in cap space, but they also have 9 contracts to sign…Sam Reinhart, Oliver Ekman-Larsson and Brandon Montour needing to be signed. They will eat up almost all of that $20m. Yah, they have cap space, but you need to look a little deeper.
