The only possible teams that I could potentially see Crosby going to if he decides not to stay in Pitt are Colorado, Edmonton, or the Rangers.
Why every post playoff season The Leafs are always the center of stupid gossip like Crosby to Leafs , McDavid to the Leafs. Team already has problems paying for the rest of the roster and you going to attempt to sign 1 player when you need to sign a few for a complete roster.

The only team I see Crosby leaving for is Colorado to play with his good friend MacKinnon. He ain't going to the Leafs that's for sure.
First off, everyone who has at least half a brain knows that Crosby isn't going anyways…especially not with ''I'll give you anything you want, just let me be your friend'' Dubas at the helm. Having said that…if somehow something went really weird and Dubas was kidnapped one week where the Penguins decided to move on from Sid without Dubas' knowledge then I'd say the following scenarios are most likely:
* Colorado – 50% (McKinnon & Sid would do just about anything at this point to play together!)
* Montreal – 30% (Coming back to play for the team that started his passion is always an NHL'ers dream!)
* Toronto – 10% (Biggest show, biggest bang, and potentially THE GUY who manages to fix the Leafs!)
* Washington – 10% (I think Sid would LOVE to be the guy who sets up Ovi for all-time goal scoring leader…it would be the best thing since Lemieux and Gretzky played on a line together for Team Canada!)
